ClubPK Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ClubPK website at https://clubpk.io/ and the ClubPK App. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClubPK.

Operator, ownership and licensing details: ClubPK is operated under the 96M brand group and is licensed for international online gaming operations. Use of this platform is subject to all applicable local laws. Players are responsible for confirming legality in their jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You may use ClubPK only if you are an adult and legally allowed to access online gaming services where you live. It is your responsibility to check and follow the laws that apply to you.

Minimum age: 18 years. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. ClubPK reserves the right to verify age and suspend accounts found to be in violation.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information when you register.
  • Each person should hold only one account unless the platform states otherwise.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You must not sell, transfer or share your account.

4. Account Security

Keep your password and any verification codes private. ClubPK staff will not ask for your password. If you believe someone has accessed your account, change your password and contact support straight away.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity
  • Use someone else's account or payment details without permission
  • Interfere with the website, app or other users
  • Use bots, cheats or modified software
  • Abuse promotions, for example through multiple accounts

ClubPK may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Website and APK Use

The ClubPK App is provided as an APK for Android. Download it only from the official source at https://clubpk.io/download/. Modified or unofficial versions are not supported and may put your account at risk.

7. Games

Game outcomes are random and uncertain. No strategy, pattern or tip can guarantee a result. Each game has its own rules, and you should read them before playing. Games and categories can be added, changed or removed.

8. Promotions

Bonuses and rewards are subject to their own terms, including eligibility, conditions and time limits. Promotions can be changed, paused or withdrawn. Where a promotion's terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion's terms apply to that offer.

9. Deposits

  • Deposits can be made through Easypaisa and JazzCash.
  • The minimum deposit is 100 PKR.
  • The maximum deposit can go up to around 100,000 PKR or higher, depending on the limit shown in your account.
  • Deposits are normally credited in around 10 seconds to 1 minute, but timing can vary.

You must use only the payment details shown inside your own account.

10. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is 100 PKR.
  • The maximum is 50,000 PKR per withdrawal request. This is not a daily limit, and more than one request may be submitted in a day, subject to platform rules and processing.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed in around 1–20 minutes. During mobile-wallet maintenance, processing can take around 20 minutes to 1–2 hours.
  • Unmet bonus conditions or incorrect payment details can delay or block a withdrawal.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

11. Payment Information

You must use payment accounts that belong to you and that you are allowed to use. Transactions through Easypaisa or JazzCash are also subject to those providers' own terms. ClubPK is not responsible for restrictions placed by a payment provider.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Intellectual Property

The website content, design, text and branding belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party game names and brands belong to their owners.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. ClubPK is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

15. Service Availability

ClubPK aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be paused for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond its control.

16. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use ClubPK after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law: These Terms are governed in accordance with the licensing jurisdiction under which ClubPK operates. Any disputes will be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process before any external legal action.
